Vision
We envision a world where the voices and experiences of historically excluded communities are amplified, respected, and embedded into the core of institutional practices. Through a multidimensional approach, we aim to shape thought leadership, elevate best practices, and drive meaningful change to operationalize and institutionalize accessibility and language justice across all sectors.
Mission
We create clear, effective strategies and frameworks to advance accessibility and language justice at the organizational, local, and national levels. Through community-centered partnerships, cross-sector collaboration, training, and strategic planning, we work alongside communities, especially people with disabilities and speakers of languages other than English, to build lasting, inclusive systems.

Systems Change and Design Justice
Design is the process; accessibility and language justice are the lens. We design processes and systems that actively listen to and serve communities across culturally and linguistically diverse lived experiences.

The core of our work is building structures of accessibility and justice, led by individual people and communities most impacted by systemic barriers. We design solutions rooted in their experiences, priorities, needs, and strengths.
